Refund policy

1. AVAILABILITY
We want you to have the best shopping experience ever when shopping with JackNJill. We are ecstatic to give you the best customer service along with the trendiest accessories and apparel. The purchase of products on the JackNJill website is subject to availability. 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing before it is shipped. 

Processing time for handcrafted items may take up to 14 days.

We have designed our Return Policy with you in mind and aim to make returns fast and easy for you. JackNJill will issue a full refund of the item purchase price, in accordance with the Returns Process Terms Summary below. 

Returns Process Terms Summary:

  • Item Must Be New, Unworn, Have Original Tag Attached and in Original Packaging.
  • 30 Days for Exchanges (good for the exact, any same price or higher (customer pay the difference) item)
  • 30 Days for Returns (Store Credit Issued Only)
  • Flash Sales and Discounted Items are Final Sale (are not eligible for exchange/return)
  • Certain Items May Be Excluded
  • Customer Covers Shipping Expenses for All Exchanges/Returns

You must contact JackNJill within two (2) days of receiving your order, if you receive a damaged/defective item, in order to be eligible for the Returns Process Terms Summary noted above. You must return the item to JackNJill. A replacement item will be sent out once the item is received. A store credit will be issued, if the exact item is not available. 

2. PRICE

You agree to pay JackNJill the amount set out as the “TOTAL” in your order summary as part of the “Payment” step. The fee is quoted in U.S. dollars and includes shipping and handling along with all applicable taxes.

3. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card when placing an order. We will not be able to process your order for non-correspondence. You may pay for your purchase using a valid American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Square Gift Cards are also accepted. You represent and warrant you are the cardholder authorizing JackNJill to charge the applicable card for the fee. Your order will not be shipped and JackNJill will have no obligation to fulfill your order if your card is rejected by the card issuer.

4. SHIPMENT
Your order will be shipped to the U.S. delivery address specified by you during the order process. JackNJill is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from JackNJill to your delivery address.
